Enlace Digital Media is seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Business Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Tustin, CA! As the main point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and success.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our internal marketing team.
- Manage and oversee marketing accounts, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
- Analyze account performance, identify areas for improvement, and present recommendations to clients.
- Effectively translate client objectives and expectations into actionable deliverables for the marketing team.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective strategies.
- Proactively adjust marketing strategies to achieve or exceed client goals, all while adhering to the agreed-upon scope of work.
- Provide regular reports to the Manager on client deliverables, goals, results, budget, and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, or Advertising.
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in project management and time management.
